Are there any mileage, fuel, or propane limits or usage requirements?
Mileage Usage and Overage Policy
Each rental is allotted 100 miles PER NIGHT and will be subject to a $0.25 per mile overage fee upon unit return. For example, if the RV is rented for 3 nights, 300 miles will be allotted for that rental. At the time of RV pickup, an odometer reading will take place and noted, and upon return the odometer will be read again. Any miles over the allotted amount will be charged at a rate of $0.25 per mile.
Fuel Policy
Each rental departs with a full gasoline tank and should be returned with a full gasoline tank. If the unit is not returned with a full tank it will be subject to a fuel refilling fee.
Propane Usage Policy
Each rental departs with a full propane tank and should be returned with a full propane tank. Any amount of propane needed to be added may be subject to a refilling fee. Filling half the tank is approx. $30 and filling an empty tank is approx. $60 but is subject to change at any time.
What if I cancel?
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Renter is entitled to a full refund of monies paid, less the RnR RV Rentals, LLC Service Fee ($125.00), for all cancellations made at least thirty (30) days prior to the rental start date. If Renter cancels between twenty-nine (29) and fourteen (14) days prior to the rental start date, the Renter is only entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of all monies paid, less the RnR RV Rentals, LLC Service Fee ($125.00). If a cancellation is made within the fourteen (14) day window immediately prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.
Once the rental period starts, the booking is non-refundable.
Is there a place I can leave my vehicle when picking up the RV?
Yes! We have plenty of room on our property for you to leave your vehicle at no charge. Please note it is NOT covered parking.
How old do I have to be to drive an RV?
25
The RV insurance we use will not insure a person under 25 years old.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes
We require a $1,000.00 security deposit to be paid with a credit card no later than 48 hours prior to pickup.
Are the RVs gas or diesel?
All our RVs have gasoline engines.
Can we tow anything with the RV?
No
We take great pride in the quality and reliability of our coaches. In order to maintain these high standards, we don’t allow our RVs to tow any vehicles, boats, etc.
Our coaches DO have a tow hitch that can be used for accessories, such as a bicycle rack or luggage carrier.
The hitch may be used as long as whatever is plugged into it does not touch the ground.
If your trip demands the use a regular automobile, we recommend Turo for vehicle rentals.
Do you allow pets?
Yes
We require a $250 fully-refundable deposit per pet, with a maximum of 2.
Upon return if additional cleaning is required we may withhold up to $100.
Do your RVs come with a coffee maker?
Yes! It is a standard 12 cup drip coffee maker.
Am I required to buy your rental insurance?
Yes
RV insurance is different than regular auto insurance and we have partnered with the leading national RV insurer MBA to provide coverage.
How much does the rental insurance coverage cost?
Base coverage: $24 a day
Additional SLI (learn more) coverage of $1,000,000.00 (recommended): $14.95 a day
PAI/PEI (learn more): $5.95 a day
What do I do if I have a problem while on the road? Do you offer roadside assistance?
A roadside assisitance policy through MBA insurance is required when renting any of our RVs.
Cost: $15 a day
